The students are highly encouraged to regularly listen to, watch and read French content (radio, films, novels) as per your interest.

You can make payments by using any of the given mediums: GPay, WhatsApp, NetBanking through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, SWIFT Transfer or Direct Bank Transfer . Currently, we don't accept bank cheques or cash payments. Please get in touch with our counselor in case of any query or difficulty.

Yes, we do offer 100% refund for all our courses subject to T&C’s. 

• All demands for refund must be made within 72 hours of the commencement of the course. 
• 100% refund is only applicable if you have not attended more than 3 live sessions.

The student may only become eligible for refund in case of situations listed out in the Refund policy.

EMI offer is exclusively available for ENSEMBLE B and Complete French + TEF in 1 Year courses where the student has an option to make the fee payment in easy monthly installments. Please contact us for more details.

All live classes are conducted on Google Meet platform, the links for which will be shared only after enrollment in a course with Bonjouronline. Kindly make sure you have a stable internet connection, good mic & sound system to actively participate in the class. 

A student can enroll upto 1 hour prior to the commencement of the class. Special consideration can be made for which you need to talk to our counselor.

It’s highly recommended to use a laptop or a computer for a more comfortable experience. Classes may be accessed on Smartphones under special circumstances but not recommended.

Currently, we are only offering French language courses. 

Our TEF modules are exclusively designed to prepare you to achieve your desired score. However, student's regular attendance, active participation and self study outside the live sessions is strongly recommended to maximize the benefits of the course. 

Minimum B1 level proficiency in all modules; listening, speaking, reading and writing, is required to join the TEF Prep course.

The TEF and TCF exams are similar to one another: both TEF and TCF Canada are international assessment tests to assess your French language proficiency, and both are IRCC approved language tests and thus recognised for Immigration to Canada.

The main differences between TEF and TCF include:

• the format of the tests
• the time limit
• the number of questions

TEF Canada consists of the following tests:

1. Oral Comprehension Duration: 40 minutes About the task: the task consists of 60 questions
2. Reading Comprehension Duration: 60 minutes About the task: the task consists of 50 questions
3. Oral Expression Duration: 15 minutes About the task: the task consists of 2 subjects to discuss
4. Written Expression Duration: 60 minutes About the task: the task consists of 2 subjects to write about

TCF Canada consists of the following tests:

1. Oral Comprehension Duration: 35 minutes About the task: the task consists of 39 items
2. Reading Comprehension Duration: 60 minutes About the task: the task consists of 39 items
3. Oral Expression Duration: 12 minutes About the task: the task consists of 3 tasks to discuss (Task 2 & 3 are the same as TEF, task 1 is a 2 min introduction of yourself)
4. Written Expression Duration: 60 minutes About the task: the task consists of 3 tasks to write about

The “tout public” version of the Diploma in French language studies (DELF) for adults is an official diploma issued by the Ministry of National Education. There are 4 diplomas that correspond to the first 4 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: DELF A1, DELF A2, DELF B1 and DELF B2.

DELF exam is conducted 4 times in a year after a gap of 3 months. Please enquire about the upcoming exam. 

DELF scores are internationally recognized and valid for lifetime.

Regular progress reports & feedback for each student are shared to determine their readiness to take the exam.

Live sessions are conducted daily as per the course calendar. The frequency and duration however varies for each course.

The Fast Track is specifically designed for students who want to achieve a greater proficiency in French in a shorter period. Therefore, the class duration and frequency of live sessions are different for these courses.

We have early morning and late evening batches available considering the needs of working professionals & college students, either in India or abroad. 

Currently, we don’t offer recordings since our teaching methodology is based upon interactive methods & active participation. However, all resources and study material used in the class will be shared with the students

Depending on your goals, native language, study method, time spent, and personal motivation, within 6 months to 3 years you should be able to speak French at a good level.

Yes, regular tests will be conducted in each class to monitor the progress of students weekly.

Bonjouronline provides free study resources to its students. However, students are free to purchase any other resources as per their interest. 

Bonjouronline believes in having small batches to be able to provide personalised attention to its students, therefore, each batch has a maximum limit set.
